Job description

Join a real entrepreneurial adventure! You will be attached to Exiom's Compliance and Internal Control division, which supports the Compliance and Internal Control Departments of actors in the insurance and banking sectors, on missions covering a broad spectrum:

- Diagnostics/compliance audit/internal control

- Management of regulatory compliance projects

- Support for the Compliance and Internal Control Departments:

• Governance topics
• Interim management
• Operational support
• Support in complying with regulatory provisions/in setting up internal control systems
• Internal and external reporting

Your profile

• You are a graduate of a major business school, engineering school or a university master's degree
• You have between 3 and 5 years of experience, developed mainly in a consulting or audit firm, or with an insurance company, and have expertise in compliance and/or internal control
• You have a strong appetite for insurance regulations: customer protection, financial security, data protection, Sapin 2, internal control, etc.
• You want to supervise teams and quickly take on mission or internal responsibilities
• You are open-minded with excellent interpersonal skills, a strong proponent and ready to take on new challenges
• You are interested in a “start up” working environment, in a young firm in a phase of strong growth
